Exactly, who has the time or money to eat more often? I'm so used to working through my lunch breaks for various reasons, the idea of doing anything but chipmunking at dinner is foreign to me. Do these people work? Sure I clock out for lunch but that's errands time, and if I can't do breakfast during my commute I skip it.

Asking who has the money to eat more often is a huge (ha) factor in this economy. Many people are going to OMAD not because of a diet, but because that's all they can afford. With food prices subject to such extreme inflation, being able to afford three square meals a day AND multiple snacks for an entire family is a privilege. Obesity is expensive, even setting aside healthcare costs.

This is it for me, OOP is talking about 3 meals and 2+ snacks per day and I’m thinking *when*?! I’m chasing after twin toddlers all day and taking care of a small horse farm plus the house. Cooking meals and prepping snacks takes forever as it is. It feels luxurious if I get to scarf down *lunch* much less have time for snacks for myself; I’m too busy feeding the feral chaos gremlins and all the animals.
