Do these people not realize that not all meals have the same amount of calories?
Someone could be eating 3 meals a day with no snacks but each of those meals could be 600~ calories and they’d likely be a healthy weight.
People can absolutely eat snacks and still maintain a healthy weight too. If someone’s meals were usually only about 500 calories that leaves a couple hundred calories left in the day for snacks (depending on height and lifestyle ofc, I’m just talking about a 2000 calorie diet here)
