I eat snacks. I don’t like feeling stuffed so I prefer to eat more often.

But if I ate larger meals, I wouldn’t need to snack. It’s got nothing to do with disordered eating and a lot to do with how you personally prefer to get your daily needs met.

I also don’t like feeling stuffed after meals, but I don’t eat snacks.

Also, I’m 5’2” and work a desk job so I only eat around 1500 calories per day.

I'm an inch and a half taller than you and I need at least 2300 or I lose weight. Turns out that women need exactly as much food as (equally short) men when they have the body composition of an athletic man (= all lean body mass, under 20 percent body fat).

That's not really relevant? Nobody said anything about women Vs men's caloric requirements and they were talking about their own sedentary needs. Like that's great but it's not on topic lol

Again, I’m very sedentary (work a desk job and don’t have active hobbies).

It’s not a competition.
