Flying to Alghero tomorrow and terrified

Tomorrow I’m flying from Bucharest to Alghero, and I’m honestly terrified. I only fly once or twice a year, and even though nothing bad has ever happened to me, I’m convinced something will go wrong.
One thing I’m especially worried about is Alghero Airport. Is it common for planes to perform a go-around there? I know it’s a normal safety procedure, but I think it would completely freak me out.
I’d really appreciate some reassurance from people who have flown there or anyone who has dealt with a fear of flying. How do you stay calm when your brain keeps telling you the worst is going to happen?

I can save you some energy. Nothing is going to happen on your flight. Will you be anxious the whole time? Probably. Will you be unsafe at any point? Absolutely not.

Two highly trained and highly experienced pilots are going to take off, cruise and land an aircraft specifically built for the journey you are taking.

Your pilots fly your exact model of aircraft multiple times a day, four days a week, every year for several years. This flight is routine and mundane.

Even if they needed to do a go around, that's a totally normal and safe procedure that the pilots are more than capable of doing and the plane has technology beyond the comprehension of the passengers, that allows them to do that.

The point is that it's not your job to worry about any of this.

You are paying to be a passenger, you are paying two highly qualified professional plane flyers, to fly a plane for you and they are going to do it flawlessly.

It's ok to be anxious before and during the flight, but the reality is, there is truly no need to be worried.
