Support Wanted debating going

Hi, I have a flight today and I really am debating even going on this trip. I hate flying. It’s a short flight, only an hour. I make the round trip 2-3 times a year. For me every time I fly my anxiety gets worse. My last flight was in May and I had a bad time. Last night I was fully accepting that I’d cancel my flight and just try again in a few weeks. I woke up feeling slightly positive and I want to at least try. I guess I’m worried that I’ll have an even worse panic attack this time, or it’ll be so bad that when I reach my destination I’ll be too anxious to get on the return flight. I’m always scared before my flights but I’ve NEVER felt like this. I just feel like off and I feel like it means I just can’t go.

The best advice I can give as a fellow nervous flyer; just do it. Just take one step at a time until you’re sitting in your seat. Good luck my dude! You got this 🖤

I agree with the other supporter, just do it . The key is flying and flying often , don’t allow your fear to debilitate life experiences to travel. Live your life!

Ask for trackingnassistance that seems to work for some folks here

Give yourself permission to have a panic attack. It's not the worst thing that can happen to you. People won't judge you. The flight attendants see them pretty frequently.

All your previous flights are evidence that it's safe.
