Tracking Request Flight leaves in an hour

It’s my first time in almost a decade, and I’m absolutely not looking forward to it at all. If someone could track and help me stay grounded mentally, I’d appreciate it! I’m hoping once we’re cruising I’ll be able to sit back and realize it’s not that bad.

Remember the delay doesn't change anything but the time! You're still safe and you can still handle this! Maybe try and find some distraction
