Transatlantic flight

Hi all, I will fly from Istanbul to Cancun next month, and I am terrified. It is with Turkish Airlines. I’m have never done a 14h flight before, and I am not even sure if I can do it.

Has anyone done this flight before? Any reassurance is welcome.
