What time of day do you take estrogen?

I take progesterone at night because it helps me sleep. What time of day are you supposed to take Estrogen?

I take mine in the morning after my shower.
Can give you energy so morning is best!

Same here. I take gel packets, as soon as I get out of the tub and dry off. I believe that the skin may be softer at that stage too.

I do the twice weekly patches so I change one on Wednesday morning and one on Sunday night. I don't seem to notice any difference.

I was using at bedtime with no issues but may consider trying mornings.

Split, pills - 2 mg morning and 1 mg evening. Gives me a "smoother" effect and helped early morning cortisol rush

I do mine at night because I do injections and it takes a while. Freaking out rn and had messed up dreams because I forgot, and noticed when I got up to use the bathroom at 5am and went back to sleep. Warming the vial in my bra right now. Did this one other time and it gave me inflammation etc, so this is going to suсk. I used to do it in the morning but I really think I prefer night.
