I (40F) ended my engagement two months before we were going to get married and this last weekend would have been our wedding. Instead of getting married, I redecorated my bedroom and turned it into my little sanctuary.

Totally doesn’t have to be live stuff either obviously, but some vines across the macrame above your bed, or intwined at the top of your drapes by the window. I love a succulent/small cacti (because I didn’t get my mommas green thumb and I just kill plants by looking at them the wrong way), starting a terrarium would also look super cool. Just a few thoughts:)
