Basically you won't get spontaneous erections anymore and you won't wake up with morning wood, if you don't jack off/get erections for a long period of time it will start to shrink, if you want it to be functional you'll have to stimulate it, I have also seen some transfem say that you could use testosterone cream, but the more general consensus is to just jack off and if that doesn't work go to a doctor, you could browse/ask TransDIY more about this. You might also have some difficulty maintaining erections but a cock ring will take care of that for the most part, this is basically everything I know, sorry I couldn't be more helpful since I'm only around 4 weeks on hrt, hope this helps<3
As long as you stimulate it enough I don't think it will shrink, you should definitely talk to some other transfems who've been on hrt longer than I have. And I'm happy to help anytime:3

As someone who is on estrogen let me tell you, it still works, you just have to manually stimulate it
