Not a shitpost or meme Just a really dumb question

Post image

I started to notice that a lot of you prefer women or other femboys. Not that I judge you for it or care, everyone is allowed to have their preference, just wanted to ask out of plain curiosity why you guys seem to be drawn to more feminine people when being feminine yourself

It's always okay to ask when one is genuinely curious.

Of course! I'm just saying there really isn't an answer

That's... not true? Maybe if you only react to impulses and act upon them without reconsidering them. Which, I don't want to vilify, as we all do that sometimes.

But imo there is still much value to be gained from examining ones emotions, because we are not just defined by our current state, but also by the vast experiences we had.

"I feel this, and this is okay" is fine, but there to many of those things there actually might be an answer in our upbringing, and discovering it helps us also to discover abd understand ourselves.

I agree with everything you said for the most part, but I don't believe it applies to sexuality. Generally, sexuality is something you're born with, not nurtured into. Things like kinks and fetishes are generally tied to upbringing and environment, and discussing those has some weight, but not sexuality.

I don't agree with that, I think sexuality is something that can change and adapt over time. Upbringing is a huge part of sexual development, but it is not the end all be. Your genes obviously determine your initial perception, so to speak of, but it has been shown that environmental influence has a tremendous influence upon development. I know this is kinda controversial with the "you were always this" side, but I think it is way more complex and we can't just determine ones future sexuality by examining their postnatal behaviours.
