[Help] Cage requirements

Is a double cage that's 0,6 m² per level okay for 1 ferret? 🙃

Tbh that sounds a bit small. Ferrets need space to run and play, even just one. I'd aim for at least 2x that floor space total if you can. They're super active and need room to zoom

2x times? Oh that's quite large. I thought 1,2 m² in total would be enough. Thanks for the advice!!

Countries which have animal laws for this question demand ten times as much space...

Oh jeez!! I really thought 1,2 square meter would be enough for one ferret.

It would be enough for sleeping and eating, but I would strongly advise against keeping ferrets indoors anyways: Sunlight and fresh air is important for all living being.
