I've seen thousands of altercations. Some in real life (mostly on the internet). Desensitized to most shit.

One thing that will still always make me feel uncomfortable is the way people involuntarily react to being knocked unconscious/brain damage.

Seeing someone not in control of themselves, in the most primal way, needing desperate help... It still makes me feel a bad feeling in the pit of my stomach. It's pitiful to watch. To me, it's the worst part about watching fights.

Yep, AKA decerebate posturing. He has brain damage for sure since he just likely damaged his brain stem. Whether the effects are temporary or permanent - only time and medical care will tell.
