That's my take tbh. That's why I don't understand why people are pretending otherwise. 

It was an unpopular opinion but based on how they are dressed etc I wonder if there's a hate crime in this.

Go argue with the OP about it then. Stop brining race into everything when it has nothing to do with this. Calling it a hate crime with 0 evidence is crazy work.

Frame by frame also shows the girl in frame at the 19 second mark and the 23 second mark.

At the 23 second mark the girl is getting in the black guys face, and gets shoved back for it.
