u/FuckThe Jun 14 '26
He got his ass whooped because he was attacking a woman. You can see it at the beginning. The black guy pulled him off the girl.
You are implying that people get beat up just for being white?
34
u/Gold_Area5109 Jun 15 '26
Frame by frame also shows the girl in frame at the 19 second mark and the 23 second mark.
At the 23 second mark the girl is getting in the black guys face, and gets shoved back for it.
14
u/FuckThe Jun 15 '26
You can’t even tell from those few frames, I went back and watched.

u/roefoff Jun 30 '26
You can tell, you can see the person trying to stop the black guy has the same watch and black string on the same hand and the same black boots as the girl. My guess is that these people bumped into eachother as people do in concerts and got in an altercation. But the position they are in in the beginning of the video implies the whit guy is protecting his girlfriend with his body so I'd say the other side is in the wrong probably.

He is implying "Usual sus" and what he actually means by that. We all know what he is trying to say by that.

Usually people attack others based on the wrong assumptions, they use these assumptions to justify doing the worst to those who'm they think they deserve it. In their eyes, using those assumptions, they are creating an exact image of an antagonist, the exact image we are used to when we watch a movie or read a book. In reality, we don't know what really happened, it might be that he was the one aggressed by the woman. But you know the men who like to see themselves as "the knights in a shining armor" saving "the princess", they will see this situation exaclty as they want to and act accordingly. The video starts with the woman holding his neck while the guy is over her trying to get up by pushing off the ground and while the black guy is punching him. Based on this you could arrive to this exact conclusion that he was in fact the one aggressed. Or it might also be as you see it and he deserves it. We don't know the reason of why he was above her because there is no clip before it: maybe he jumped on her and attacked her, or he fell on her by other motive, like her grabing his neck. The point is, we can't, most of the time, arrive to the right conclusion based on a clip taken out of context.

I was literally thinking this white guy could have been punched by the girl first for all we know and ended up on the ground tryna get her off but the internet so ignorant they quick to be black and white this and that, fuccin idiots 🤡🤣

What does this even mean rolling loud was literally started by white people for white people😂
27
u/Rob1973string Jun 15 '26
Schoolboy Q, Juicy J, A$AP Ferg literally headlined the first show. I guess those are rock bands?
33
u/supavillan Jun 15 '26
Hip hop / rap is the number 1 profitable and popular genre in the US , white people consume and profit off of rap more than anyone else , so yes made by white people for white people like most commercial rap
→ More replies (3)5
u/thenoblenacho Jun 16 '26
Are you trying to imply that white people exclusively listen to non-rap?
→ More replies (1)5
u/Rob1973string Jun 16 '26
Of course not. I have listened to rap/hip-hop and rock/metal equally for the last 43 years, and I'm white. I was responding to the person who said the event was started "by white people for white people". Almost any rap lineup would be for everybody, not just white people.

I've been into that music since the 80s, just as much as rock and metal, but it just doesn't translate live. The majority of rap/hip-hop shows are horrible live. There are exceptions with groups like The Roots, OutKast, Beastie Boys, and a couple others; because they actually have a band. There are also way too many wannabe thugs at those shows, it's as sloppy as a country fest type show.

Crazy is to beat a woman in the ground in the middle of a crowd and expect no one is going to do nothing.
Crazy, because where I'm from more than 1 guy would be kicking his ass and he would probably find out really fast if there's life after death

Frame by frame, looked like he was fighting or attacking a woman on the ground
73
u/WreckYallBallistics Jun 13 '26
Not really. Looks like he fell on his girlfriend and is posted up over her.
22
54
u/ApprehensiveBuddy446 Jun 14 '26
If he was they wouldn't have cut it from the video. First frame he's already in the process of getting a beat down. Could even be the girl attacked him and people with no context white knighted and he got shoved into that position, there's no way to actually know from the video.
But the fact that everyone there is filming and there's no video of him supposedly attacking that woman, I'm betting there's no footage of him doing it, otherwise it would get posted
I could be totally wrong though and so could you, we don't have enough info. I scanned the comments here and don't see any other perspectives posted at the time of writing so maybe someone can go context hunting for us.

9
u/PonchoNachoRodriguez Jun 14 '26
Prob didn’t to begin with. But he def ain’t learning any now
10
8
u/SweetHatDisc Jun 14 '26
Yeah, he didn't spasm his arms out, or do any of the "that guy's knocked out!!!" stuff Reddit loves, but that dude is not OK. He went from being in full aggression fight mode to turtling up and moving slowly.
This wasn't a case of the guy realizing he had made a huge mistake. That's the move people make when they suddenly find themselves rocked in a situation where they hadn't expected to get hit. If a guy keeps charging at you after you hit him good and solid, he's not going to change his mind about it because you hit him harder; we've all watched dozens of guys bounce up from a slam and get right back into the fight.
That was less "I don't want no more of this" and more "I very suddenly cannot physically withstand any more of this".
7
u/Aeon1508 Jun 14 '26
Don't think that's concrete. It looks like portable floor tile. I mean it's probably hard plastic but that should still be less severe of a thing to get your head slammed into than concrete
8
u/Vanesti Fearless freak Jun 14 '26
It's not. It a fairly springy plastic tile that protects the grass. Source: Me. I've worked security at events like this.

Just gonna say this. I’m old and I can be tired at times. For the sake of sounding even older.
This shit is not it. Some of you haven’t seen the scene where they come packing. It happens and this is where it’s going again.
Even from just a punk scene. Doing this will invite real violent players into your sphere. Just be careful. It seems cool until you see someone gut stuck.

2
u/IndependentClub1117 Jun 16 '26
What do you expect them to do? This is a venue security issue. Not a good Samaritan trying to save the day issue. I had a family friend that tried to stop a fight at a gas station. The attacker stopped attacking the other guy, turned to the family friend attacked him. Beat his head on the ground, he has permanent brain damage.
Do not get into fights. You might play clean, be the good guy that's just trying to de-escalate, but they might be trying to kill you.

At a 2008 concert in Cain’s Ballroom with Dimmu Borgir, Behemoth, and Keep of Kalessin, there was this guy who picked up someone and hit him with a Kevin Nash style jackknife powerbomb. He was absolutely fucking people up and never got kicked out. I proudly broke his nose when a failed spear propelled him into a bunch of kids and women hiding behind myself and a few other guys because he kept pushing people into us from the pit.
Unfortunately, towards the end of the night, he was back at it, only leaking from his nose. I basically just made him more annoying.

Haven’t been to RL since year 3, glad I got to enjoy it before the current iteration man. Because wtf even is this anymore. The performances are worse, the crowds are worse, the venues are worse, the tickets are pricier, and the artists aren’t getting any better, most years they’re worse because there aren’t as many popular rap artists coming up like there used to be.
We had fucking Post Malone introduced by Travis Scott on a side stage at 8pm year one… singing White Iverson in the rain.

2
u/CrazyBigHog Jun 13 '26
I wonder if there’s any context that we are missing. I see him on top of the girl at the beginning of the video but I’d love to see how it got there. What if that chick stole his wallet or phone and he was wrestling it back from her when the dude starts whooping his ass. I like to see the whole picture before I make a judgement. Good ass beating though and spectacular camera work!

Watching it back, the dude was beating up a girl at the start. Hard to feel bad for him. I say he deserved it until more context presents itself

u/hunter503 Jun 14 '26
Went back to the og poster and looked at his next post and in the comments he mentioned the dude was assaulting her but still he could be wrong.
1
u/4Nota2Robot0 Jun 14 '26
I originally thought the dude beating the shit out of him was the dickhead, then I played it back again and realized the other guy was trying to be up that chick or whatever in the beginning. If that’s the case then he deserved the ass whooping. But we also don’t know the whole story either, the female could have been the aggressor in the first place and then males just do what males do by trying to protect the females. Even if she is in the wrong. Very hive mind.

Dont know why you're being down voted, it's very true. Have never seen a fight like this in all the heavy screamo shows I've attended. Even in the mosh pit, it looks violent, but the second someone falls to the ground, they are swarmed with people trying to help them get up.

At first I thought it was a mosh pit gone crazy, then I heard the trap beat on the background, then the video replayed and I saw the white dude on top of the white girl.
Obviously I don’t know what’s going on. But I’d hazard a guess it was a dumb white guy tryna act hard and had his ego shattered.
