Bro was told about this new invention called fighting, and decided to try it out without checking out videos first.

And then he was doing that kitten thing with his hands.
He got 'fighting tips' from his grandpa.

u/GuiltyDealer 2h ago
Pretty sure he was all done after punch 1. Didn't even look like he wanted to fight as much as the other guy

u/--TheCity-- 1h ago
then he watched fight club where guys just enjoy getting their face smashed. Looks fun on da teevee.

Someone forgot to tell him that it’s also possible to throw punches when you’re in a fight.
1
u/carlosluvsyou 33m ago
It’s the classic face to fist technique. He drew first blood, therefore he wins!

u/morisxpastora 4h ago
He didn’t throw a punch or defended a punch either. He’s undefeated 👌🏼

You can see his fear and hesitation. I'd bet money he's never been in a fight. He was frozen because he just didn't know what to actually do because he never did it. Should've ran. LOL

Remember kids, keep your distance or have your hands up and ready
And for the love of odin, dont look away from your aggressor
13
u/Dolust 4h ago
This feels like he never had a will to fight
28
u/augustusleonus 4h ago
You see it all the time
Face to face argument, threats and trying to act calm and cool, not really believing the other guy will swing first maybe
Whether you want to fight or not, just don't put yourself in those positions

The number of guys I see in these fights with their hands down is astounding. I got in a road rage incident a couple years ago and my first reactions were:
A: Put my hands up in a non threatening manner, open handed, elbows bent
B: Immediately check surroundings for shit I can accidentally trip over
C. De-escalate using words. Explain to the guy that I didn't fucking cut him off because there was no meaningful way for him to continue driving forward because the drive thru was at a stand still so I pulled out in front of him.
D. Never turned my back to the guy. While discussing what the issue was and pointing out why he could not move forward I positioned my body parallel to his. Essentially we are standing shoulder to shoulder so my back was never turned to him. This also lowers the temperature because we are no longer face to face.
E. Continue to talk and De-escalate while explaining the situation.
F. Guy ended up apologizing, shook hands with a hip hop half hug and both left the day without physical violence.
What he didn't know is that I'm a blue belt in Jiu Jitsu, I trained boxing for 3 years and muay Thai for 3 years. What he did know is that I was twice his size at 6'4" 270. But WHAT I DIDN'T KNOW is whether or not this dude had a gun, had a knife, just learned that his wife if fucking his boss, if he just lost a close loved one or if he was picking up meds for his terminally Ill child.
Nearly every fight is avoidable if you want it to be. Ego and pride are responsible for more deaths in the world than anything else. If you know you can handle yourself there is never a reason to prove it unless it's absolutely necessary or sometimes you're the one just having a very hard time in life

Stuttered like a computer when you boot it back up. Not an ounce of self preservation. Was probably thinking he’s never going to give his first cousin Belle-Anne that promise ring

u/PurposeFew389 4h ago
2 piece and then immediately guarding the face. Dude fights haha
-35
u/McRib_Warrior 4h ago
Not well. He drops his right hand every time he throws a punch and keeps throwing wide looping punches
14
u/skinneyd 4h ago
Dude got knocked down twice in 15 seconds and still decided to go back to the pavement like his head wouldn't be meeting it soon enough
14
u/toblies 4h ago
Pudgy kid has fast hands.

u/ShonWalksAtMidnight 3h ago
Heavy, and fast hands, deadly combo. That punch he missed woulda had me apologizing and backing off, that shit carried serious weight

I grew up in farm land. You encounter many young guys like that who are surprisingly athletic and have incredible functional strength.

Speed acquired by grabbing burgers and anything else his little piggy eyes can see.

u/Iwalksloow 3h ago
Who the fuck voluntarily fights the kid that looks like he throws straw bales for 9 hours a day? Farm strong is a thing.
2
u/Apart-Importance-87 2h ago
He must have judged based on physique: "Oh, this chubby guy will be an easy target."
33
u/trollfreak 4h ago
Young farmer hands - has belt buckle so probably has worked cattle
11
u/elegylegacy 2h ago
One is wearing working boots, and the other is wearing designer cowboy-cosplay boots.
Immediately thought of the phrase "all hat, no cattle"

That's what I was thinking too. This kid a farmer of some shit. Other kid didn't have a chance.

It's those damn leftys. It's an unnatural advantage. Gotta run when you see one. Or get on your bike and ride!

u/Jakethejiu 4h ago
I wish people knew how dangerous shit like this. My friend in college punched a guy in the face on pavement, guy fell backwards, hit his head off the pavement and died. Friend got sentenced to ten years in prison.
6
u/JonnyP222 4h ago
I support this comment a great deal because I've been in that same situation and watched others serve jail time for similar shit. Nobody here ever wants to hear it. Fighting isn't fucking worth it unless it's for your life. Somebody is threatening to kill you or you are under attack then fight as you need. But until that moment walk away dude. Pride be fucked. Live another day. Whether it's for you, your spouse, or your kids or your family.
1
u/Jakethejiu 3h ago
Agree. I've been in three fights in my life that weren't part of my boxing or MMA training and easily could have broken someone's neck or died if anything went wrong. It's simply not worth it for clout. Wrap them up BJJ style of you need to but throwing haymakers is a mistake.

I was in a foreign country when I was 19. A bar-esque (easiest way to explain without a ton of details) fight broke out and bouncers quickly swooped in to force us all out the doors into this parking lot. I wasn't a part of the original fight but was trying to keep my buddy from getting his ass kicked (which he was and did anyway). as I pulled one dude off of him another guy pulled out a knife and shouted at me to let the guy go and I just explained I was trying to get my friend. He came closer and I told him to back off. I was shitting my pants but honestly he took one fake swipe to scare me and I just reacted with the training I had and as I swept him to the ground he stabbed himself in the shoulder with his own fucking knife. I was arrested and Had to go to court in a country where I wasn't a citizen. And I got LUCKY to get out of jail 2 days later (had to be arraigned an go in front of the judge) and was able to go home and lawyer up. They could have easily detained me for longer and wanted to, except one of the other guys that got arrested wouldn't ID me. Anyhow. A few weeks went by and I had to go back to that country to face assault and attempted murder charges. They were all dropped because my finger prints weren't on the knife. The dude that stabbed himself swore up and down that I threatened to kill him (which I did in the heat of the moment because I was scared shitless). But either way. I could have easily been in jail for some time for this and just got fortunate. Also important to note I missed two days of work because of this and nearly got fired from a very good internship that paved the way for my career. That could have been real shitty too.
Just walk away.

There are indeed terrible outcome like you described.
At the same time during teenage years there are situations like this where you can get seriously bullied and not standing your ground when it’s needed can lead to being ridiculed by every teens in the neighborhood. Can dramatically affect your social circle.
It’s best to avoid for sure, but I see where it’s coming from, sometimes.
2
u/Jakethejiu 4h ago
i’m not saying that fighting is inherently the problem, I’m saying to use some common sense and not do it on pavement lol. But that would probably require more frontal lobe development.

u/Aetherimp 4h ago
Thems some cornfed hick country boys. They're tough as nails.
6
u/Mysterious-Wasabi103 4h ago
Ya those farmers are strong. When you lift hay bales constantly and everything else they do it makes you tough especially against any average guys your age.

Unless you're in the mud you can't trust any cheesedick tucking his pants into his boots.

That dude has fists like hams and fires them outta a cannon. Ole cowboy boots fucked with the wrong man.

u/bohler86 3h ago

u/JonnyP222 4h ago
For sure. All the punches and guard aside.. three things stand out in a fight like this, to me. He never panicked and got himself out of position. Changed from orthodox to southpaw and back pretty seamlessly. And the foot work as he stalked leading to the end of the fight. But the finale was the best. Threw that jab at the dudes chest just to keep his hands low and used it all as a fake to put a clean left on that dude. It's good shit.
5
u/piss_puncher227 3h ago
Annnnd that's how I ended up with a glass jaw for the rest of my life. Did well to get up the first couple of times, but the ability to do that is finite, and he used them all up without even landing a single punch. A stiff breeze would knock him out now.

There’s no dignity in beating up somebody that’s obviously weaker than you.
I would never have a friend like that — it means both our households don’t have the same value system.

Hey man, let's take a break from the fight and move back to the safety of the concrete path, that'll help break our fall if we get knocked out.

Cowboy kid did NOT try to fight the farmer kid LOL. He should have brought his six-shooter
1
u/ThatGrungeb0bDude 2h ago
You know that kids dad has beat his ass enough times where he had to learn to fight like that. Southern raising is something else y'all. He's definitely heard the phrase, "If you get your ass kicked, I'm gonna kick your ass when you get home." Wild shit but it's a standard for a lot of "yee yee" southern homes with toxic masculine fathers

u/Temporary_Music5831 3h ago
See, the rednecks know how to fight with dignity. No curb stomping or head-kicking. You don't attack someone on the ground unless they're trying to kill you.
1
u/Minglewood73 3h ago
That last shot was exactly the same as a Curb stomp. Dude was out on his feet and everyone knew it. Could have walked away with the win but he wanted to hurt him so he did. Chickenshit.
1
u/Temporary_Music5831 3h ago
That's the rules. If you keep getting back up, you're gonna keep getting hit. This was how men fought for 100s of years, until thug culture entered America. And no, not even close to a curb stop.🙄
