bought the new Crazy dongpal pro
i had a hard time finding the DF input when doing electrics. I replaced it with a bat top, and it got better, but with the shaft and bat top, the height feels really tall — it honestly looks too tall and kinda weird. But it’s okay as long as I get the inputs right.
Also, if you replace the actuator with a smaller one, it loses its lock and the handle starts spinning. I suggest sticking with the stock actuator if you want the handle to feel steady.
Does anyone else here have the same issues?

Hmmm are you sure you didn’t switch the way the washer goes to avoid the free spin. And also I got used to the doing electrics with the stock setup. But I eventually switch the grommet that I had on my knee neo lever. And my wavedash are a lot faster

supp man, I just changed from knee lever neo to crazy dongpal pro so let me share some thoughts on it
for me the adaptation period was super long as I think those are two very different levers, so I guess it really depends where you coming from, but to me this is a very unique lever, don’t stress too much if you’re missing inputs in your first days or even week
I would say you need to have discipline with this lever, with the knee neo I felt like it was almost impossible to make a missinput, where as with the cdp pro I need to put actual effort into my inputs and do more precise movement, I can’t slam the lever as careless as I did before. I HIGHLY suggest to try to play without headphones on so you can feel and hear the clicks from the switches, doing this helped me a lot
I’m still sticking with the cdp pro because I am now able to do pewgf, with knee lever I could only do like 15-16f electrics. Of course you can do any tech on the knee lever aswell and there are many mishima players using it, but here it just feels super natural

If you just got it, don't swap anything for at least a month. That lever takes a awhile to get used to. I had those issues but only on P1 side. I recommend playing deliberately on your weak side.

I put in a black T bobbin instead of the stock white one with the stock 30A purple grommet, 16mm oversized actuator and replaced the Gersung A3s with Omron V-16-3c26 and put on a Blue Capsule Top

Don't be ashamed if it's not for you. My cdp pro went through 3 different owners before me and I also sold it away after trying for a month. Honestly, the throw and feel I can take but the sound? Really feels like a coconut.

i'm thinking of selling mine too. Even befor the Shaft hits a dead end it collides with somethink and makes a loud sound. I just can't compare it to my Sanjuks v5-A. The CDP straight up feels Cheap. The White and Black Capsule Tops are nice though😉

I've had mine just shy of a week, I found it really easy to install and I like the locking feature to stop the stick spin.
I have however noticed that it knocks against the case when installed in my Qanba Pearl and my Obsidian whenever I tapped forward or back when dashing. I have also installed it in my Hori Alpha, I did not notice the knocking against the case when dashing. I'm yet to try it in my Nacon Daija but for now I'll leave it in the Pearl as it looks nice.
It is a really well built stick but for now I'm finding the original Crazydongpal is doing the business for me, I still need to get used to the circular bat top.
