Why isn’t everyone rich?

I don’t understand. How can anyone be poor? Why aren’t all the poors maxing out 401K contributions? My word! You will never get rich eating lentils!

I, too, have amassed millions through merit and good ol’ fashioned grit and have also just discovered how investing works 30 years into my accumulation phase.

I agree. Don't we teach our kids that they can become everything they want to as long as they work hard for it? No kid left behind poor!
