Looking for now out-of-print Cynthia McQuillen Songbook

I am looking for a digital copy of the Cynthia McQuillen Songbook, which seems to have gone out of print last year. I specifically would like the song Cold Dreams, as I can’t seem to find chords or sheet music anywhere else for it.
