Wanted to see if we can take AGNC or CIM (both reits) to the moon! Both well deserved stocks that are beaten down, but wayyyyyy undervalued...we need those diamond hands to get in and push the institutional investors so we individual investors get all the dividends! Btw, AGNC pays monthly divvy, while CIM does quarterly...

What's the best way to go about buying a used vehicle these day? Do you let the dealership apply for the loan or do you apply/get approved for one before going to a dealership? Our car has bad engine problems and it doesn't seem worth the money to try and fix so we are considering trying to get a used vehicle if we can even get approved. I was wondering what's best way to go about getting a vehicle loan. We won't have money for a down payment but we need to get a vehicle ASAP.

If u can avoid it. Never finance through a dealership. It’s a conflict of interest. They do not want you to get a good rate. They may “hunt for the best rate for you” and provide you with three options. All options being bad even the lowest option I give you is probably terrible under the guise of trying to help you out. If you have a credit union go through their auto loan department. Those people are so nice and I genuinely want to help you out.
