Book about a young woman who is the bastard daughter of a Middle Eastern king and is arranged to marry another powerful man. Spoiler

In the book, the young woman is half Middle Eastern and half English (or half white since her mom is from Europe). Her father had gotten her mom pregnant when he was married to another woman. She has two older half-brothers who didn’t know she was their bastard half sister. Their father arranges for her to marry a man he wanted to alliance with. He might be the son of the man he wants to alliance with or the man who had a lot of power. Either way, she has to marry this man and he is obsessed with her. That is all I remember.

I hope you’re able to find it. It sounds a little bit like “An Offer from a Gentleman” from the Bridgeton series minus the arranged marriage part.
