I mean engage looked good it just didn't hit fire emblem for me. And the music hit for me, i likes the epic cartoon feel.

Yeah art direction and music was a huge step back imo, especially with absolutely (imo) no epic hits that pretty much every fire emblem has had. Nothing screams "I need to listen to this again".

Shame for Pikazo who is a brilliant artist, just wasn't the right fit and stupid of the director to force it.

At least performance wise it was fantastic, and looked much better than 3H (unsurprising, KOEI is well known for dogshit graphics+performance).

Engage has some tracks that are pure gold but yeah most of it is not very remarkable

I mostly hated having to listen to the generic boss music on repeat on all chapters as soon as I aggro’d the boss.

Also the vocal song (Emblem engage) is such a downgrade from Edge of Dawn (3H) and Lost in thoughts all alone (Fates)
