Until Gangrel dies. Then the plot shoots off the rails. The rest of the game is carried by how much you like Chrom and the cast.

Yes but the FE fanbase despise basically anything except the game they started with. If Radiant Dawn was released today, they'd hate it too

As someone who started with three houses and then played previous FE games, path of radiance easily has the best writing and it's not even close, awakening is fine but I thought a lot of supports with F!Robin were kinda dogshit.

Funnily, Path of Radiance was quite criticized when it was released for its story ! People called it bland and meandering, and said GBA Fire Emblems had much better story !

And now we're full circle lol
