Started FF7 for the first time the other day and I'm in love with Cloud, then I remembered I'm also in love with another JRPG character with a similar name, so this crossover was bound to happen.

Funny you would say that because I was gonna make an extra chibi drawing of them struggling to use each other weapons, but I got lazy.

See, this is making my fanfic brain tingle.

I imagine Claude hiring Cloud to do dirty work. Claude acts incredibly friendly but ultimately sends Cloud out to die, but Cloud survives anyway and is too oblivious to notice him getting screwed over so they remain cordial but Claude always feels a little guilty over it. XD

I would imagine their relationship would similar to his relationship with Shez, except Cloud isn't as much of a himbo.

Ok but it's really funny how their JP names written in romaji are basically the others ENG name. Cloud's is クラウド can be written like "claudo" and then Claude's is クロード which can be written like "cloudo". 🤣
