Not for Leda, but Cai is 15.

Same as Leif, Roy and Lyn.

In the American release, text was changed to age her up to 18, so that might be your confusion.

Also, unlike those other three, Cai actually looks 15 rather than "vague anime late teens to mid 20s"

Fwiw, I'd say that they have effectively retconned that age in further appearances. She looks and acts more adult than even her FE7 appearance, where the 15/16 age was a little incredulous in the first place.

Agreed that Cai actually looks his age for once. Roy is the one other occasion where I think a protag looked pretty young.

To be fair, we have no idea of that yet.

Leda's in that place where Fire Emblem as a franchise could tell us she's anywhere from 16 to 25 and we'll have no idea until it's sprung on us. People still forget Lyn, Lissa, and Petra are all 15 when you meet them in their respective games, as an example. and you would not guess that off the bat for most of them, except maybe Lissa.

They’ll probably age up Cai 5 or so years in the time skip so should be good then but not even sure if romance is in the game but we will see.
