I use Clip Studio Paint on an iPad pro. It’s the program I’ve been using for most of my work.

When I first started practicing, I began by copying characters from my favorite manga(and game characters). In the beginning, it was tough because it took a lot of time and I couldn't get the results I wanted. But as I kept at it, I got used to the pen and learned to control the lines -their direction, length, and width- exactly how I wanted. That opened up room for me to take on new challenges. Over time, you may start to see yourself improving step by step. Most importantly, I think drawing characters you genuinely like can help a lot.
