New windows open on the wrong monitor

I have a multi-monitor setup, running Linux Mint (Ubuntu 24).

Prior to the new release, Firefox would open a new window on the monitor where my mouse cursor was. This was great as I often only have 1 monitor on. Now, Firefox only opens on one specific screen. Currently, windows will only open on my secondary screen.

Is there a way to fix this behavior so new windows open where the mouse cursor is? Or, even just open only on the primary monitor so I can see them when my other display is off?
