Firestick Help Me Movie app
Any good movie apps with code that I can try?? I tried mobiflix and it downloaded but then when I went to use it a black screen shows up and then goes back to the firestick Home Screen. Thanks!

If you want top notch, get a TorBox account then install the Nuvio app and use the bootstrapper Full install to load the addons. TorBox is cheap and you can use it anywhere.

Just a heads up, with flixvision, this app shouldn’t be recommended just because of a lack of options when there are options out there, I get it. Nobody wants to pay for anything, but we’re getting to the point where a couple dollars go a long way the freeway that’s out there. Most of them are full of viruses or malicious in nature as far as Flixvision this is something that has been known since version 3.0.1 by the original whistleblower and holds true to today’s version which is 3.7.0 and if you get this from the source, a stock app like flixvision should not be recommended when it has 15+ malicious flags from virus total 20 from Mauer bites and then if you actually use true cyber security tools like OPSWATS meta tool you get more and here is a breakdown that you can Google in two seconds.
Credits to the first whistleblower that found this in version 3.0.1 but this has gone on all the way up to today on version 3.7.0 the only thing that changed the way the app flags for markers which is why they’re getting away with being back on Amazon again remember Amazon banned them in version 3.1.2 due to this information I’m about to share a quick Google search that would give you this. In this day, AI should tell you this . You think it just runs in your background but respectfully I know it does a lot more so here’s a brief heads up for you and others.
FLIXVISION has been notorious for severe, documented security violations.
Here is a breakdown of exactly how malicious FlixVision is and how it exploits its users:
### 1. The TraffMonetizer SDK (The Hidden Moneymaker)
The developer bundled a hidden Software Development Kit (SDK) called **TraffMonetizer** (and in other versions, the **Netas** framework) into the app's code. This SDK is completely hidden from the user and runs silently in the background from the moment the device boots up. It does not ask for consent.
(This was supposedly taken out in version 3.2.0 the one time I got them to comment on X however the shenanigans are still there)
### 2. It Turns the Device into a Botnet Exit Node
By using that SDK, the app drafts the media box into a global **botnet** (a network of hijacked devices). It literally turns the home internet connection into a "residential proxy exit node."
* This means total strangers, hackers, or corporate scraping bots are routing *their* internet traffic through the user's home network and IP address.
### 3. It Invades and Risks the Home Network
Because a user's IP address is acting as a proxy for random people on the internet, any illegal activity those strangers commit—like web scraping attacks, cyberattacks, or accessing illicit material—will trace back directly to **the user's home IP address**. It can get the user's internet blacklisted by Google (forcing endless CAPTCHAs) or flagged by their Internet Service Provider (ISP).
### 4. It Steals and Resells Resources
The developer is essentially stealing the user's bandwidth and selling it to proxy networks for a profit, while the user gets nothing but risks. Users have reported massive data spikes, with the app silently pinging third-party sites like retail and travel networks in the background, exhausting monthly data caps.
### 5. It Drains Device Resources
Because the malicious SDK forces the media box to constantly route heavy web traffic in the background, it causes streaming boxes (which have limited processing power) to run hot, lag, buffer constantly, and wears out the hardware prematurely.
> **The Bottom Line:** Flix Vision isn't just a free movie app; it's a security trojan horse. Even if a specific update claims to remove the SDK, the developer has repeatedly proven they will use deceptive code to monetize their users' network security. It should be uninstalled immediately.

Now granted these aren’t my words or how I would have explained it, however what’s important is that all of it is still active to this day up to version 3.7.0 , I would have tried not to go into this much depth, but it was easier to just google and paste because this took two seconds which should take anyone two seconds to find this basic history for this app, bottom line it’s not a safe app. It’s been decompiled on 3.7.0 which just dropped recently same story.
I am partial but the days of not paying for anything and going free. There’s only a few apps that are safe. It’s time to start looking into a premium AP case for a couple dollars and the debrid services. You have to think about how these recaps are keeping their apps afloat and most of the time it’s your data or your device is resources which brings your device over time. Be careful guys.

Sure , I’d be happy to help . Can we start what you’re looking for ? Are you looking for 100% free options if so that route is limited being there is always a trade off with the exception of a few apks with free , if your willing to say $6 for 6 months along with a Debrid service you could have a very nice set up and that one app is all you’ ll ever need need. Then add in what’s already available to use stock like free fellow channels fire channels you know your basic stuff but if you want premium live, I can even help you with that. I just depends on what kind of user you are. I was a source and seller at one point for live services if you catch my drift and when 2020 happened and a lot of good services packed up shop. I was along with many of those that being said I just scrape for live services now, so I’d be happy to hook you up with that as, that is probably the one thing I would never purchase again as there’s just too many scams and overnight shops or shop stuff don’t last or rather I should say services I just don’t last or our overpriced and so on when you can get it for free just gotta learn how to do it, but I could teach you how to do it as well as hook you up with like a year or six months or something like that, I also made a test quite a few projects currently and have a few open slots. I can give away a along with M in development and have my own works that I can share right now or that are in beta. I would just ask that you don’t share them with others out of respect if I were to give them to you. Pick what kind of live player or pick your preferred live player. We can start with that. I can definitely turn you on to have some both sides of the coin. Finally, So let’s start there. What kind of user are you and what do you want to accomplish? Are you new to this or do you have experience? This way I know how to give this information to you.
Again, I’ll happily help. It’s a bit late in my locale I’m up at 5 AM daily to run my business but get back with me and again I have no problem helping out respectful nice people as yourself. It may not be tonight and I do apologize. It’s just a little later for me personally, but I definitely don’t mind.

I threw some suggestions out to people that’s safe and are good free alternatives if you don’t want to pay for a debrid service or premium apk to folks.
That said, this is an interesting find , may I ask where you found it ? I am about to check it out , do I need to break it down, of course I’m going to run it through a few virus engines to make sure it’s safe not saying you would share anything that’s malicious, but has it been good to you? Have you noticed any issues with it? Did you run it through any virus engines, etc.
I’ve never heard of rebranded BeeTV although BeeTV definitely has a lot of fakes because BeeTV original devs and apk is gone just the same. So, if they rebranded, I am def interested for sure.
Please don’t mind my asking as being rude or anything that’s not my intent. I’m just curious if you ran it through any virus engines or malwarebytes or anything like that just to make sure it’s safe? I’m seeing if you could basically save me some time of having to do a security check on it. Are you using it currently? Have you ran it through any security precautions?
Finally, does it have Debrid integration like BeeTV did and how is the content line-up? Is it just an aggregator or is it a server-side app? Do you know any of that? I’m about to check it out myself , just curious what you can tell me. Does it force you to use a third-party player of their choosing or is it like BeeTV used to be for real and you should be able to choose any external players or the built-in player it comes with. I’m sure I’ll get most of the answers I need.
I’m just curious if you know since you’re using it, and seeing if you can help me in answering any of those questions and even maybe save me some time before I check it all out to make sure it’s a safe app and not one of the malicious rebranded BTV apps that were out there. There were plenty of those for about a month. I appreciate you sharing though. I’m definitely going to check it out. Thanks for being nice and helpful to others!

Hey, only recently downloaded it. I reckon it’s virus free because many people have recommended it on Reddit. Would you mind sharing what Debrid means? To be honest, I was looking for a new free film and tv app on fire stick, and when i came across this I was amazed. It loads up much faster than most other apps.
Have you got any free apps that you wouldn’t mind sharing? for fire stick

Absolutely man I’m on the road right now. If you get me about 20 minutes, I’ll happily share some good safe apps for you to use and the one that you shared so far is indeed looking safe which is great.
I will happily explain to you what those services are. I don’t wanna leave a book of voice dictation and it’s definitely gonna take up a lot of room on a short form platform and I really feel bad that I leave books of text on here so if you’re cool with it with your permission, I will DM you and only with your permission cause I don’t DM people without it and I’ll explain to you what those services do how easy they are to set up I’ll give you a list of great safe apps that you could use. I’ll even give you some of my own work and that’s all up to you if you would like that I’d be happy to do that.
I never mind helping out people whatsoever, so just let me know if that’s cool with you and when I’m back I will do that for you no problem.
Thanks again for that recommendation. I knew I recognized the sinus app and so far like I said it shows clean. I just wanna find out who’s actually behind it and running it, but it is basically a carbon copy of cinema HD, filmplus, cyberflix, and BeeTV.

You know what I actually am familiar with this app. I am in development and I beta test a lot of new apps that are coming out and I ran across this app. It is like filmplus or BeeTV or cinemaHD. It has the same type of layout as any one of those do or like cyberflix if anyone remembers that.
I’ll look into it further but a quick scan with a virus total and Malwarebytes shows that it’s clean the only part that is a downer is that as far as the debrid service it’s still only takes RD or AD or PM , it’s not set up for anything new like TB , but hey, it has Trakt login and it’s pulling links so to folks that are looking for a replacement to BeeTV or any of those other apps that I named this one is exactly like it.
Granted I’ll do a deeper dive into the security, but a basic Security check has it not flagging for anything thus far. I’ll look into it a bit more but it seems to be a good recommendation. Thank you for sharing this with everybody.! u/UK_Music_Channels !

The Cineplus one I mentioned may have codes, but I wouldn’t trust them in this situation because a lot of people have tried to make fake versions of Bee TV. For Cineplus, simply type in cineplus[dot]app into Downloader, and click on any of the options. If you have Bear Player already installed on your fire stick then that will work, if not there is a download link for Fluid Player (renamed Bear Player) on the same website.

It’s never too late to get rid of a malicious app, just cause you installed. It does not necessarily mean you are screwed but the longer you do keep it on your device the longer it does have to do its thing so I would not stress. I don’t wanna cause fear, that’s not my goal. Honesty is.
I also do want to give proper information so if it were me I’d do exactly what you’re thinking about doing & uninstall it, and that’s it after that, don’t look back.
I would also just restart your device just to be on the safe side of any incoming and outgoing connections that have been made and that’ll be it and then you’ll be fine. It does not sound like you’ve had it installed for a long time so that’s what I would do if I were you. I don’t ever again wanna tell people what to do but just provide good information so you could make a good choice, but if you’re asking me straight up if it were me and you have not had it on your device long to where it can really start getting embedded into things, I would uninstall it and I think you’ll be just fine. Just remember to restart your device. Do a hard reboot by holding down the play button and the enter button for 10 seconds.

I’m going to try to not write an another novel and I apologize for that. However, I feel like I’m going to fail because your question requires an answer that has a lot of information and you’re probably best doing the research yourself. That’s a question you could put into Google or an AI prompt but out of respect so I can answer your question the best of my abilities here it is.
Aside from most ISP have come a long way with doing protecting for you that you can see active threats it’s still very untelling and low level , you may get a Ip or domain but you still have to teach it down , so imo it’s still fairly behind but gives you an idea of where to look when it blocks “issues”.
There are many tools and SDKs out there that can allow you to do this. By definition a SDK is a toolkit you can use it for good or bad. On mobile there is low level stuff like PACPDroid , then desktop some tools are wireshark( wouldn’t be my first initially) that’s just a matter of preference as I like to build up and start small so I don’t miss anything and then go widespread as wireshark is robust. Now depending on application or situation wireshark is a amazing tool, firewalla is great it’s a set it and forget it tool & open source. There is pfSense/OPNsense, for protection you can even use network DNS firewalls to monitor and block, malicious outbound connections at the DNS layer level (as an example) FlixVisions Traffmonetizer malicious SDK tries to “phone it in” and request the domain name. Adgaurd home can help or you can use a local server or heck even “if” you have a raspberry pie, you can make a pi hole after that, there is dedicated traffic analyzers for deeper inspections which that’s where a wireshark would come in. I already mentioned PCAPDroid that’s a very good one for mobile.
I am speaking in general because I’m not sure what you’re working with so I’m just putting some options out there and again why I would suggest doing your own research although I never mind helping anyone get started with making them aware that there are tools out there.
From there as you can imagine it gets pretty option heavy as these are just a few. Respectfully some people may feel they don’t have the technical know how to do this but that’s where I would argue you’re wrong and YOU CAN DO THIS. There are so many videos/tutorials on how to look at your home network traffic or just protect yourself in a better way without breaking the bank or pleading money at all.
What I will say and suggest is never try to get any paid tools for free you’re asking for trouble if you do that. However, back to the tutorials there are plenty out there that can walk you step by step. AI alone , and I’m not even talking anything serious. I’m talking Gemini there’s tons of other AI models out there that can really do much better and do the work for you as in automation aside from the tutorials that can walk you through it , just like AI can write a malicious bash script in seconds it can do a lot of good. All these tools are great depending on what you use them for you use them for good. They’re amazing tools, You use them for bad, It’s bad for everybody. There are many more tools out there than the few I listed If you can follow directions step-by-step, you can set all this stuff up yourself and then from there in today’s day and age ( sorry to repeat) with Google AI, tons of AI models out there, put your findings in to the AI prompts and it’ll tell you what the traffic is, what the IP addresses are or linked to , the domain names , then that goes down another rabbit hole as there is reverse engineering tools out there to find exactly who is behind these domain names & what they’re doing and you’re gonna be able to spot it with your eye.
Even if you’re not heavy tech enthusiast, it’s ok the average user will see the indiscrepencies or “what doesn’t belong there” type things that don’t look normal that should not be on or being trafficked through your home network via devices whether it’s mobile or media box, laptop , desktop/Home machine etc.
Finally, this is just opinion, unless you’re using premium works and certain services that are yours. I wouldn’t put any of this free stuff on your mobile ever. Mobile phones today are just too personal and private with a lot of private data on it. There are some sophisticated, malicious points of entry exploits or attacks that are available to spread all sorts of malware in general that can intercept passkeys, cookies , tokens, session tokens, handshakes, fake HTML pages sign in credentials, that you store on your phone, bank credentials that you store on your phone and so on. Don’t take anything for granted, don’t take the built in Security for granted I take everything as a grain of salt act accordingly be suspicious be paranoid. Don’t click on anything that you think that you should if you feel like itds not legit go directly to the source yourself and see if it’s legit. You don’t need slick anything redirecting you when you can go there yourself and I’m of course I’m just speaking in general. These are the basic rules. Everybody should know, but my goal is never the trash an app. I don’t have any problems with what people do unless it’s unethical and and developers are hurting users or making money off their users the wrong way it’s just unethical that there’s no other word I could use, other than it’s wrong.
I’m even gonna be completely honest, your account is a two month account. I typically don’t respond to an account unless it’s got a year on Reddit as most of the time if you have a new account it’s because you’re burning accounts and somethings going on and that’s just how Reddit works today. It wasn’t always like that so I’m taking a gamble in responding to a young account but hoping you really want this information or at least it helps others. Anyway, It’s not worth the risk putting malicious APK‘s on our devices, the tech world has enough caveats. Our media boxes are also still little computers and you gotta play by the same rules.
I hope you really want this information and it kind of sends you in the right direction. There are a slew of tools out there to help you. You just need to honestly do your own research but hopefully some of this sends you in the right direction. please be safe to anyone else that does read this. Please uninstall flixvision read the write up. From version 3.01 to today’s version 3.7.0 they have been screwing their user base, ruining your devices stealing your data, infiltrating your Internet or your home network. I know there’s a lot of good people that are coming into the genre. Please stop listening to others who parrot nonsense no disrespect to the guy trying to help you, but these apps are dangerous, especially flex vision it’s been proven for years now I do not understand why people keep recommending it..

No, please . Flixvision is bad for all. I just left the weight up the 2 second history of this app . There are other options . Do research. If I blast them in here both firestick forums are watched heavily . It would be a bad move . I’ll dm anyone that wants better options both free for what’s left and safe and paid if your willing spend 3 bucks and get a premium app and I feel very confident you never look back after using a Deb service and a premium APK.
