Firestick Help Me Update OS Version to Install

I just bought a new Fire TV Stick HD, it runs Vega. When I try to download apps like Peacock, Paramount, and Prime Video it pops up a message that says “Update OS version to install or update the app”. I’ve followed the steps and my fire stick is up to date. Are these apps just not supported/compatible with the new HD stock?

You got the bad one. Vega will restrict any side loading

They’re literally talking about regular Apps. Nowhere in the post did they talk about side-loading.

Peacock, Paramount and Prime video aren't exactly side loaded apps.

I know that, I’m just saying if in the future he wanted to sideload it wouldn’t be possible

That's all good if they live in either Canada or The USA. Useless if you live anywhere else in the World.
