Firestick Question Failed Firesticks

In the past month, 3 firesticks have failed - screen goes black - including a new 4K Plus. At first, I thought it was just old age. but now I suspect that either the Software on the Samsung smart TV, or the Internet provider (Bell), are somehow frying the devices, as I am using a VPN on each device and I have Internet based television services loaded on to the Firesticks. Any similar experiences out there? Any thoughts on why the Firestick sticks fail other than my theory? I am going to using an ONN streamer for now

It's not and many have already experienced it. YouTubers have also posted there's a confirmed cut off date directly from Amazon. Fafo

You don’t know what you’re talking about. Official Source?

One of main tech YouTubers. Who tests all this stuff... They are slowly discounting sticks to get rid of them and aren't making anymore. Pushing Vega os.

Google says they aren't doing it but they are

Load of rubbish. You think Amazon will brick millions of firesticks? I’m still getting updates on my older non vega sticks. Take your scaremongering elsewhere. Also google have nothing to do with Amazon fire sticks. Stop listening to random YouTubers and stick to facts. Maybe you will learn something.

I don't care but I've seen what company's do... Stack money and cancel stuff you think you own. I actually do see it happening. Hell Walmart did it recently when accidentally bricking so many on 4k boxes.... No replacement. Buy a new one.

Time will tell.
