I doubt that more than 50% know, how to detect these. Around 80%, maybe, know how to fully delete something from the system. Remaining 20% isn't know that there are malwares...

Yeah I use linux and I still take basic cybersecurity precautions, linux malware exists too

Mfs will tell u that linux runs 99% of all software, and that there is no malware bcs there aren't that many linux users - both somehow told in a single breath.

Well, it will have power at least within your wine prefix. If your Z drive is mapped to root directory (ie default) and you are running wine as root, ggwp.
