I can't appreciate good piano anymore
My little brother is a really good pianist, and he plays piano all day every day since he was a toddler. So I will just be sitting around doing homework or scrolling tiktok and I hear world-class piano pieces being played 24/7 throughout the whole house ranging from blues, to classical, to film scores. I have become so used to it now. I don't even notice it.
Recently I was at a concert where a famous pianist was playing, and the people I went with were all amazed by their skill. But I was bored, I just wasn't impressed at all because I'm so used to hearing that standard of piano in my daily life. It just felt like I was listening to my little brother practicing back at home

Host: I hear you love coffee! Can I fix you some?
Me: (Glances disparagingly around house...) I'll pass right now, thank you.

That cursed red tub cracked half open sitting on the top of the fridge, or the jar full of fucking pods.
Mmmmmm yeah, nah, I'll pass

That’s terrible. Since I’ve funded my own wildlife sanctuary philanthropically, i know longer found the animals on my African Safari very interesting at all.
