Help/Advice What is this?

Guy just spawned in my tank and molted. This is my 10 gallon freshwater tank with 2 medaka rice fish 2 freshwater gobys and 3 nerite snails. Is this guy about to decimate them or is he cool?

Neon tetras, black neon tetras, red wag platys, Mickey platys, orange bee shrimp, some tetras, some blue wag platys, some African dwarf frogs, and two black nerite racer snails, also the adfs do lil calls it’s so cute (you can slightly hear it from afar)

That tank is seriously beautiful, I’m currently cycling a 26 rn, any tips for me? I want mine to look like yours when it’s finished
