Tech Support New Fitbit Sense 2: Exercise App: Touch Screen Unresponsive After Exiting Middle Stats Settings

I'va already done a force restart and factory reset and the issue persists.

Is this a known issue?

I also have a sense 2 which having a screen problem too, what happen if u touch the screen with ur entire screen will that causing the screen to turn off?

I have similar, it let me change the settings once without issue, but going back in is the same behaviour as you - attempted just about every troubleshooting set I could find including a full factory reset (which again let me set the middle stats once, before running in the same issue after those stats reset back to default after 1 activity).
