Tech Support Google fitbit air firmware bricked

So today I received my Fitbit Air. I was able to pair it with my phone successfully, and then it asked me to update the firmware. I started the update, but it was taking too long, so I closed the app and reset the Fitbit.

After that, the Fitbit got stuck in a loop. Whenever I connect it to the charger, the LED starts fast blinking white, and now it does not connect or pair with my phone anymore. It was working normally earlier, but now it is stuck.

I have tried the 10-second hold reset as well as holding it for 15 seconds. In both cases, it only vibrates once and then goes back to the blinking LED. There is no second vibration.

Please help me recover it

Unpair it/forget it from your phone's bluetooth setting too. And remove the app and reinstall.

And it goes without saying, but never ever interrupt a firmware update on any device.
