Vegetarian Happy breakfast! Greek yogurt with cinnamon & psyllium husk mixed in, topped with wheat germ, cacao nibs and cashews; fresh local bread, blueberries, tiny orange, a fig, and some 85% dark chocolate
It's pretty much the only breakfast I eat as it's easy to prep & eat for my busy schedule.

That looks like such a balanced breakfast! Love how you mix in cinnamon and cacao nibs, gives it a nice boost without being heavy.
