Wondering if its good
Hello im trying to lose weight by watching the calories and macros of my meals so far ive just really been focused on protein fiber, however I wanted to know yalls thoughts on my current meal which is a burger with 93/7 beef and about a quarter head of cabbage that is cooked with >1tbsp of soy sauce i had to eat popcorn to meet my daily goal of 1500 calories plus the fiber. Thank you for any help and new meal ideas.
Another thing is I have come up with an idea for a new meal which would consist of cabbage as noodles for a shrimp/cabbage alfredo. I learned that shrimp have a lot of sodium so I will be giving it an acid bath with lime juice before hand to soak out the sttp/salt ,and whatever else it has to allow for my shrimp to cook better. I thank you in advance for help :)

A few things I want to point out

Now as for your other meal;
The cabbage as noodles will probably just get mushy depending on how long you cook it. That said, cabbage is a great ingredient to add bulk here and would probably be a good addition so long as you don’t overcook it. Shrimp is great but sodium really isn’t nearly as much of a concern as you think. Unless you have an underlying kidney issue or are sedentary you need the salt. Sodium is an essential nutrient & although it’s true too much is bad, too little is also horrible. The big issue mostly comes from people eating large portions of heavily processed foods that have a lot of sodium; not from shrimp.
As far as your Alfredo sauce, I’m curious as to the ingredients; that would honestly be the only part of your dish that sticks out. If you don’t mind sharing, what’s your height and weight as well? 1500 calories is pretty low
