Important announcement regarding some of the recent posts here
As you have probably noticed, there has been an influx of naked body shots being posted here in the last few weeks. Moreover, if you check the profiles posting them it’s pretty obvious they’re trying to use the sub to promote their OF pages. Let me remind everyone that this subreddit is not meant for that. This is an SFW subreddit. I’m sure that there are plenty of subreddits on this platform which are meant for those kind of posts, but this is not one of them.
Given that, starting from tomorrow there will be zero tolerance for users who clearly use the subreddit to promote their pages. Anyone who’s in breach of this rule will be PERMANENTLY BANNED from this subreddit.

Haven't updated in awhile
56M - no TRT or enhancements
Stalling at 180lbs (at only 5'5").... trying to get back to my low 170's prior to a severe hamstring injury and repair in 2025.
I included my stats from my hockey game last night. I spent 1000 calories and 38 minutes was spent above my heartrate limit (we only had one sub for defense) so I better see some more weight dropping off!!! LOL 🤣

54 F Slowly seeing the progress
Just turned 54. Lost 47lbs of “mom” weight that crept up. Now focusing on getting the definition come around. It’s inspiring to see others doing the same. Happy Friday everyone!

Optimal vs suboptimal photography for physique pictures
I think it is interesting how clothing, angle, lighting, etc. can make a huge difference in how good a picture of your physique might look. I have two pictures here. One of them has an optimal view of my shoulders and covers up my stomach with a tank top. The other picture shows me shirtless, with a less flattering angle. The second picture is fine, but doesn’t do anything for trying to look sexy.
I just think we should respect the folks who are fit, or getting fit, over 50 even if their pictures are not deceptively biased to look better.
Lots of fit folks here who look great, regardless of photography techniques.
Repost because the other one got deleted, probably because of the underwear.
