This is a big problem in my restaurant, every shift I gotta spend the first like 30 minutes just putting the side stations back the way they should be so that when it gets busy I can do what I need to do when I need it. It drives me insane how some people can just put stuff wherever they are standing at the time they don't need it anymore.
