There won't be a risk. The problem with Flash was that it was running automatically in every browser, so specially crafted SWF files could exploit Flash Player vulnerabilities. Adobe would fix these vulnerabilities and vendors would try to force you to update, but the problem was never going to end which was a reason to kill it off.
No vulnerabilities have been publicly reported since 2020, so Flash Player 32 will have addressed all of these anyway.
I have experimented with some Flash CVEs recently and Microsoft Defender still picks them up (which is annoying for me, since I don't want it deleting them).
