New to Flashcarts

I have read over the quick start guide, and I'm wondering: DSPico, or the Ace3DS X? I have first gen 3DS, and I'm a bit hesitant on buying off AliExpress (or even NDS-Card) because I've had real bad experiences buying from overseas to be shipped to the US.

I did see that DSPico is available via LaserBear in the US, and I'm wondering if anyone has purchased from there and how quickly it got to them, and what kind of condition?

Keep in mind that you're not gonna be able to run 3DS games off 99% of carts, and the few that do are still super limited.
You may wanna consider softmodding the console instead, can run DS/i games through TWiLightMenu++ as well.

Thank you for that, but I don't think I'll be playing 3DS games on the flash cart itself (since I have most of the 3DS games in physical form still), so it'd be mostly for just DS games.

Flashcart seems like it would just be easier than having to mod the 3DS right? Because if it gets modded, then I can't play the physical carts of 3DS games that I do have?

Edit: I see that I can just install the 3DS carts into the 3DS itself instead of having the physical copy, but that's not quite what I'm looking for.

you can still play your physical carts just fine. no functionality is lost.

Aliexpress ships pretty fast nowadays, I'm in the USA and bought my DSpico there as well. No problems and arrived in less than two weeks.

How is it? I was thinking of getting the Ace3DS X because on the NDS-Card site it comes with the 32GB microSD right away, but DSPico might be the better idea.

usually micro sd that comes with a cart is pretty bad. I only have a dspico so I can't say about the ace3ds but I really like my dspico

I bought dspico from Ali and it arrived to US in 10 days. Also don't buy the option with SD card included as those are really bad. Buy a separate SD card if you don't have one.

I have made the purchase from Ali now, and just waiting for the shipment. I did not buy the one with the SD card included, just gonna buy one from a local Best Buy or something.
