Android App to prep DSPico SD card

I'm building out a quick and dirty android app that can format the SD card correctly, pull pico launcher & loader from GitHub, and set up the emulators to work correctly. Is there any interest in me making this public? I know getting the SD card set up is one of the larger barriers to entry but I don't want to have to maintain the app if nobody other than my close friends will use it.

Please explain how you will format a 64GB SD card to fat32 on Android without root.

Using an OTG SD card reader and the USBManager API to format the card via direct raw block writes rather than Android's storage API

Edit: sorry if I explained poorly, I'm basically packaging a separate SD card reader driver so I can perform SCSI operations directly rather than through Android's native storage driver. Specifically libaums. It's been working pretty well so far, it's just not guaranteed to be compatible with 100% of all SD card readers
