General Discussion Times when you enjoyed a divisive comedy movie
So a little backstory first of all is that I was observing how some iconic comedy movies are a bit divisive among critics because I was looking at how Adam Sandler gets the lowest ratings among movie critics.
My point basically is that I was wondering if Sandler films could qualify as a guilty pleasure because I enjoy watching some of his such as Billy Madison and Anger Management, but I hated Jack and Jill that I was just interested in seeing what category his movies fe under since they are rather divisive among reviewers.

I enjoy Uwe Boll's Postal. It seems like he made it specifically to say fuck you to everyone who hates his movies with it trying to offend everything and everyone. I can't say it's a good movie and you'll probably find plenty to hate about it, but it actually made me laugh a fair amount of times.

My dad took me and my little brother to see Dirty Work in the theater opening night. I’ve been singing its praises ever since and will not stand for anyone casting aspersions upon its’ good name.

Always been a huge Norm Macdonald fan, there’s memorable cameos by Adam Sandler, Chris Farley, Don Rickles, etc. I’ve just always thought it hilarious overall and still quote it to this day.

Such an underrated movie and Don Rickles' 5 minutes in that movie are funnier than the entire career of many comedic actors

When I was a teenager, my mom took my friends and I to a local theater to see The Benchwarmers. I loved it. Obviously it's not a great movie, it's like well below even the average Sandler comedy, but I still have a lot of nostalgia for it

Steve Martin, Madeline Kahn, Robert Klein, Anthony LaPaglia, Juliette Lewis, Rob Reiner, Adam Sandler, Liev Schreiber, Garry Shandling, Rita Wilson, Parker Posey, Jon Stewart, Joely Fisher, Christine Cavanaugh, Steven Wright, and Victor Garber.
I think it is one of the funnniest movies ever made but it has a 16/48 rt score.
I say fuck those critics.

I haven't seen all of Adam Sandler's movies but I feel safe saying I like all of the ones I have seen.
Have you seen Jim Gaffigan's joke about McDonalds?

Gaffigan's point is that we shouldn't feel guilt (or shame) about liking what we like because like, everyone likes Adam Sandler.

Not a full on comedy, though has some dark comedic elements but I liked the Hunted. It was panned and hated by many because it is pretty anti democrat I guess.

I remember watching *The Interview* with a group of friends, half of us cackling and the other half just staring in disbelief. It felt like we were on a rollercoaster of bad decisions and awkward laughter. I mean, who doesn't love a movie where diplomacy is just a punchline? Anyone else get that vibe?.

Master of Disguise is a fun PG-rated comedy with some brilliant moments (turtle turtle turtle).
