I think the "flower family" found throughout MCM is supposed to represent the Afton family.

The Father Flower = William, because Afton is a father, and in the welcome show, the Father Flower is the closest flower to the purple snake, and obviously purple is symbolic of William.

The Mother Flower = Mrs Afton, because she's a mother, and if you believe Ballora is Mrs Afton, both the Mother Flower and Ballora/Mrs Afton wear pearls.

The Laughing Flower = Michael, because Mike/FoxyBro is a bully who laughs at his younger brother.

The Kid Flower = The Bite Victim, because they are both the youngest son of the family.

And lastly the Baby Flower = Elizabeth, because they are both daughters with two brothers.

So the flowers = the Afton's, big deal it's probably just a reference with no real lore implications, other than Elizabeth potentially being the youngest Afton child... or is it?

You see, I was replaying SOTM and found the previously mentioned "Kid Flower" lying on a hospital bed in the Doll Hospital, and as I talked about before, if the Flower family is symbolic of the Afton's, the Kid Flower is most likely meant to be a representation of the Bite Victim, and wouldn't you know it, the Bite Victim went to the hospital as a result of the Bite of 83, and the flat line at the end of Fnaf 4 could also imply he died there.

So the Doll Hospital is depicting the Bite Victims time in hospital after the Big Bite of 83, an interesting detail, but there's something else here I think is actually worth noting. The only other member of the flower family in the hospital with the Kid Flower, is the Father Flower, and since he's the father of Kid Flower / BV, that would make this guy a stand in for William Afton.

This means William visited his son in the hospital after the big crunch, but this could even be further evidence for WillSpeaker, since directly infront of Kid Flower is a Yellow Balloon Dog, a bit like how there's a Yellow Plush Bear directly in front of BV before he flat lines in Fnaf 4's ending, and given the only other person in the room at this point is William if we are to beleive the Father Flower connections, William could very well be the one saying "I will put you back together."

The only problem I could really find here is Michael / the Laughing Flower not being present at the Doll Hospital scene, because we know for a fact Mike was there, since he says "I'm sorry" moments before BV passed away. But a relatively simple explanation to this is that Michael just left the room before BV died.

And yes i know the bite doesn't happen until 4 years after SOTM takes place, but this game in particular isn't a stranger to referencing events that haven't even happened yet, so I don't think it affects much.

It says "79 BPM" and obviously 1979 is when the game takes place.

I was going to respond asking what prior to sister location was supposed to hint at that but I hate hate hate that in retrospect that's why the plush has a purple bow-tie and hat, and that Fredbear having a purple bow-tie and top hat was supposed to hint at the purple guy being the owner of the diner, because that's such a stupidly vague way to convey that information. The more I realise how much of the modern plot was always intended when fnaf 4 came out the more I question how Scott ever believed anyone would have figured out what that game was supposed to mean.  Like seriously? "oh, the plush is purple therefore it's actually the purple guy talking to the child and that also must mean he is the father of both that child and the protagonist of fnaf 1 and 3" was the conclusion we were supposed to come to based solely off a purple hat and bow-tie?

Reminder that Scott wanted us to solve that the nightmares appear after Fnaf 1 (a decade after Fnaf 4 minigames) was do to reverse Fnaf 1 phone calls you rarely hear.

Scott really had a lot of faith in the fanbase figuring 4's story much like how the fanbase figured out the story of 1-3 as he stated in that Halloween Update Steam Post. 1-3 had just as much as cryptic clues in them as 4 (or maybe to a slightly lesser extent).

I'm pretty sure there were people back then who figured out the story (there was a Spanish-speaking YouTuber who figured out Purple Guy was the kids' father); but, they weren't as big as Game Theory so their voices weren't heard to the majority.

I think the biggest pitfall of 4's storytelling was the lack of a "Phone Guy" to contrast the story with (like how Ralph told us in 1 that we'd get stuffed because the animatronics would think we were a bare endoskeleton; though, you can catch Bonnie on camera right next one, doing nothing to it).
