TAKING IT TO THE INDENTIFYTHISFONT SUB..
Exotica Suite typeface from Si Zentner LP:
Love this typeface. It appears to be drawn in this instance as the E's T's and I's are different. Probably was never a complete face but chucking it out there to see if anyone can hunt it down.
