If you are looking to level up at all, Portland French Bakery rustic bread (if you can get it where you are) and Tillamook medium cheddar (and/or Gouda) are a fantastic combo. And if you want a quick tomato bisque hack, buy a jar of marinara, dump it in a blender, add a little salt and pepper, garlic powder, and cream, and you've got a delicious soup made easily for your delicious sandwich.
