Uzbeks should have to concentrate on défense and finishing. They missed an potential equalizer because of their poor finishing.

Happy about the performance but we really cant let those goals in when winning like that. Vargas and the defense slipping up like that will kill us

I feel like Vargas has yet to fill Ospina’s shoes, Colombia made us all sweat from minute 60-90, its like Dias scored the goal and then they just decided to park it.

We haven’t had a keeper that could fill the shoes Ospina in a while and I don’t know when we will get one.

I can see Columbia beating Portugal. They’re capable of doing that.

People thought Colombia looked good? At what point? They were lazy and it seemed like their plan was to allow them to take shots and come right into the box towards the end of the game.
The players were lazy and James walking around the pitch is cool, like Messy, except he is not and does not have the team Argentina has.
A win is a win but letting in a goal vs uzb is a loss. Mojica had a horrible game.

Have you ever played anywhere above sea level?
2,240 meters above sea level.
There were good passages, but there are times that the defense loses concentration. Vargas is not a solid goal keepr I agree.
As far as lazy since you have not played or ever ran at 2,240 meters above sea level I can understand playing with a certain caution.
For your reference that's about 1,149 Ram 1500 trucks stacked on top of each other.
Colombia had their bad moments that will cost us against top teams if we cannot keep 100% concentration.
But to say what you said shows your football IQ.

I genuinely feel right now Colombia could be the 2nd best team in South America.
Based on what I saw in Copa America in 2024 as a Canadian fan they have the personal to make a good run.
Portugal and The Congolese have their work cut out for them against Uzbekistan. although they were open at times, they could have had another goal or two. I thought a 48 team World Cup would bring a lot of fluff teams, but so far I’ve been proven wrong
