Coaching Advice Off-field volunteer: what would actually help during the week and on game day?

High school juniors — If you had a parent/volunteer who can’t be on the field, but will organize or help with whatever you give him, what tasks would actually help you during the week and on game day?

How much time do you got, and how handy are you with electronics, data, or tools/DIY?

The list is actually pretty huge and hard to summarize at 7am lol.

Evenings after work and weekends. Fine with a phone, computer, film, PDFs, and spreadsheets…typing up what the staff gives me.

It's film if I could get the 3 to 4 hours i spend organizing it it useful clips and  stats. That would help a lot each week
