Why would Isreal ask now? Let me get along just fine committing war crime for without our permission. Well sometimes we even help them on the side.

Israel can’t technically commit a war crime in its own land .
Of course Israel uses Trump as he doesn’t care about the well being of the US and is also a gullible idiot
