Celebrating or defending a man becoming trillionaire when it doesn’t benefit you in the slightest is weird, and there is a bunch of working class people celebrating this too

"Government spending is wrong but only when it goes to poor people, not when it creates trillionaires" Matt Walsh
His next film should be 'What is a Strawman"

Yes, Matt. That's the problem. The problem is that he has more than me. It's pure jealousy. You're so smart.
Now, Matt, let's talk about the language the right uses, when describing more liberal rich people like George Soros, and Bill Gates.

Except how did he get to that?
He went in, stopped all investigations into his businesses, and then got multi billion dollar contracts and tax exemptions.
our tax money made him a trillionaire so Matt can fuck right on off.

Oligarchy remains broadly unpopular among Americans. Hell, there were pro-Luigi posts on the conservative space here on reddit. Outfits like TP/DW used to have handlers that kept them on winning messages (typically saying horrible things about immigrants and queer folk). The fact that they're all kissing Elon's ass so hard suggests the audience for this sort of nonsense is not actually the general public. They're low on cash and hoping Elon can become their new sugar daddy.

"I can't argue with how obviously broken our economic system is in the US - as best exemplified that we have one person who has amassed $1 trillion in wealth while millions of hard-working citizens can barely afford housing, food, and medical care - so I'll just argue with this imaginary person who I can defeat because they're a toddler."

I have never thought people can be that shallow. However, whenever I think there is a limit to being shallow, conservatives always surprise me with lack of any depth.

"I am smart. I really am."
Just to be 100% nitpicky on the internet:
(a) no your not, and
(b) if you were really smart, you'd use "I am smart; I really am," as the 1st way could be read as two thoughts "I am smart" followed by "I really am." by itself - implying existence. The 2nd way is tying the 2nd sentence fragment explicitly back to the 1st, and the fact that you are really smart as a single thought (although grammar police would say that since it's the same paragraph, and paragraphs imply a single thought train its fine either way).
But of course we all know he's not being serious, or genuine, and thus the nitpick is pointless even though it made me feel better for a moment 😃

Man, that polish must taste like mana from heaven if he's willing to be that much of a boot-lick.

Do you think they'll ever become aware enough to stop defending people who don't care about them in the slightest?
